Silow Email Agent ("the Agent") is an email assistant operated by Silow ("we", "us"). It helps a business process incoming client email: it classifies messages, prepares draft replies for a human to review, and forwards messages that need a human decision. This policy explains what data the Agent accesses and how we use it.
When a mailbox owner connects their Google account, the Agent requests access to that one Gmail mailbox:
gmail.readonly) — to read incoming messages and past correspondence used as context for replies.gmail.compose) — to place draft replies in the same thread for a human to review and send.gmail.modify) — to label messages the Agent has processed or escalated.gmail.send) — only to forward messages that need a human decision to the business's own staff.
The Agent does not send replies to the business's clients; a person always sends them.We do not access other Google services, contacts, calendars or files through this connection.
Silow Email Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access tokens are stored on our servers with access restricted to the service. Processing results and operational metadata (for example, message status and timestamps) are kept for as long as the business uses the Agent.
The mailbox owner can revoke access at any time in their Google Account under Third-party apps & services, and a Google Workspace administrator can remove the app in the Admin console. After access is revoked or the business stops using the Agent, we delete the stored tokens and the data we derived from the mailbox within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
